Returns for Refunds: Customers have 30 days after receipt to return brand new, unused merchandise for a full refund minus our shipping costs. Items that are returned opened/used/missing parts will be refunded minus our shipping costs and up to a 20% restocking fee. Restocking fee is determined upon the condition of returned merchandise. All refunds will be issued within 48 work hours upon receipt of return. Orders that are cancelled prior to shipping will be charged a 5% processing fee. Once orders are shipped and tracking information is sent to the customer, order cancellation requests will be denied.

Exchanges: Exchanges are available for an exact replacement if your item is defective or damaged during shipping. If you wish to exchange for a different item, we can do so only if your merchandise is defective or damaged in shipping, and you will need to return the merchandise to us and we will issue you a refund minus any applicable fees. You can then order your preferred merchandise on a new order.

IMPORTANT: All of our merchandise are supported by their manufacturers and cannot be returned to us for WARRANTY redemption due to manufacturer restrictions. Manufacturer warranties range from 1 to 5 Years
